Default Change Guild Home Location

The idea being that the guild leader should be able to change the location of the guild listed under "Home" on the guild tab.
Either attach a cost to it or a limited amount of switches just like player account location.

Reasons?
This may sound purely selfish, but I'm sure there must be others in the same boat as my guild.
Back in beta, when ANet opened up ToA and UW/FoW for exploration, there really was only one option to choose from when choosing where your character would be located if you wanted to explore these areas: America.

So I created my character on the American servers.
And because my character was on the American servers when he created my guild, my guild became American.
Later on I switched my account back to being European English as that's what I am, but my guild stayed American.
Now I could just reform the guild, but there's money invested in our Guild Hall, and the guild HAS been around since Beta. Getting rid of a Beta guild just feels... well, wrong.

So, is there anybody else in the same boat?

What would change if you would change the home of your guild? Except for one word?

Because if that's all then i'd /sign without a doubt. Don't know what kind of game-play effects such a switch has.

When a guild does HoH, it goes with the territory of the guild. So if your guild members are all on european servers, why would they want to win favour for America?

If we win Hero's Ascent, we currently win for America.
Granted, it's not likely to happen at the moment as my guild's pretty inactive, but it does act as a recruitment deterrent if people think they won't be counted as a Euro guild for the purpose of HA.

I totally agree that guild leaders should be able to choose the home location for thier guild. I recently took over the sister guild (American) to my previous guild to make it an EU guild within our alliance. I don't want to be earning favour for America when I should be earning it for Europe. C'mon A-net please resolve this matter
